Upper Telecom provides network engineering, consulting, planning, documentation, remote support, configuration, monitoring and project coordination services. Physical installation of wiring, cabling, conduit, low-voltage systems, alarm systems, cameras, access control or in-structure electrical work may require a properly licensed contractor under Florida law. When required, Upper Telecom coordinates with licensed professionals and does not represent itself as a licensed electrical or low-voltage contractor unless such license is formally obtained.
